With 20 years of industry experience and 16 years as a successful salon owner, I know exactly what it takes to build a thriving, fulfilling business as a facialist.
I’ve faced the same struggles—starting my business during a recession, navigating a global pandemic and juggling motherhood while growing a salon from the ground up. 10 years ago, I decided to completely change the way I delivered Facial treatments. I constantly found my clients didn't understand what their skin truly needed and which treatments would target their exact concerns. As well as this, I found these needs and concerns changed constantly, from visit to visit depending on many factors such as the seasons, lifestyle, health, hormones and their stress levels.
I noticed a pattern in that clients were asking me to provide whatever treatment I thought best and often had comments such as "You're the expert, I trust you" or "I booked for this facial but you do what you think I need".
Suddenly I had an epiphany and realised that I needed to change how I offered my treatments completely in order to make it easier for my clients but most of all, to truly help them achieve the results they want.
My bespoke approach has transformed the way I work with my clients and has helped me win multiple awards. I have not only built a successful facial business but also created a roadmap for growth, success and client loyalty. Now, I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge with you.
